Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on SMS rates applicable to your plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Citi Links International Inc. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further SMS messages from this program.

All rates and quotes provided by Citi Links International Inc are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final rates are subject to verification of shipment specifications, applicable fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, and current market conditions. Quotes are valid for the period specified and are subject to change without prior notice.
Citi Links International Inc's liability for loss or damage to cargo is governed by applicable federal and state regulations, including the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) for domestic freight. Declared value coverage options are available upon request. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate cargo insurance for high-value shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments of prohibited, hazardous, or improperly packaged items. Shippers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the packaging, labeling, and transport of their cargo.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on standard transit conditions. Citi Links International Inc is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, carrier capacity constraints, customs holds, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with past-due balances.
